Woke up late
Yes. At 10:30 am. After sleeping at 3:30 am last night. Had Bee Hoon for breakfast.
Lunch
Took Granny out to Margaret Drive for lunch. I had Bee Hoon Soup without Fish Balls. Granny had Roasted Pork with Rice. Picked Ling up on the way home. Stopped over to buy some biscuits.
Renovation
The contractor is fixing up the floor in Mummy’s room. The noise level was quite high. Maybe Granny had to put up with it everyday. No wonder she don’t like the renovation.
Ling’s Friend’s Blogs
Ling was surfing the blogs of her friends. Realised that it’s been a while since she used my laptop to surf the net.
Jurong East
Contractors left around 3pm. So Ling & I took bus 66 to Jurong East to kill time until 6pm. Ling had her late lunch at KFC. We then went shopping around the area. Wanted to buy something for Rachel. But there wasn’t much choices, so we went to Stephen’s house empty-handed.
Cloud formation
On the way to Stephen’s house, notice a cloud formation that looked liked an explosion. Switched my camera to night mode to capture it.
Wrong overhead bridge
We went to the wrong overhead bridge and ended up walking much more.
Stephen’s home
Managed to remember his unit by heart. But to be sure, I called his handphone instead of pressing the doorbell. His Mum had gone to his brother’s house. So his house is empty except for himself, Bishan & Rachel. We had canned curry chicken for dinner. To top it up, we ordered some pizza. Rachel can turn and lie on her front now. She seems to be attracted to toys that made the most sound though I would have found them to be a noise pollution. Javier is more friendly as she doesn’t allow me to carry her when she’s hungry and tired. Watched Shi2 Zi4 Lu4 Kou3 at his home. Preferred ‘No No’s’ sense of humour compared to Jacky Wu. K1 looked like blocks of wood on the set.
Hyundai Accent
Took a drive of his new Accent to Ling’s home. The drive felt better than on a Nissan Sunny. Initial RPM is quite responsive.

Rested at Ling’s home for a while before going home.
