Morning
Woke up at 9:15 am. Had porridge with You Tiao for breakfast.
Texas Chainsaw Massacare
Watched it on DVD with Mei. Basically 1 out of 5 survived. They got killed by some chainsaw wielding person with skin disease. He uses the dead body parts for himself and his whole family is in cahoots with him. Killer at end of movie is still at large.
Lunch
Bought Duck Rice for Granny. I had Nasi Lemak.
Ling's Home
Gave Mei $50 as she forgot to take it from Mummy. Our house's bus stop has been moved. Some construction going on. Took 961 down. Brought along my Robinson's & Tang's voucher.
Orchard
Bought a new Caserini shirt at Tangs. Original price $69.90. Paid $20+ after getting a 20% discount and using the 3 $10 vouchers. Had Otak and Sushi at the basement. Took a walk to Takashimaya to drop Ling's pay cheque. Saw a fast food restaurant called C-jade Express selling Japanese and Korean food. Not sure if it has the same management as Crystal Jade. Sat outside Ngee Ann City after dropping the cheque. Went back in for Crystal Jade. Only ordered the Ma Po Dou Fu with porridge.
Lime Magazine Concert
Took a walk to Cineleisure. There was a mini-concert going on. Stayed around to watch for a while. I only remember that the Emcee was Daniel Ong. Daphne Khoo (one of the Singapore idols) sang. We were standing beside her dance club mates. They were absolutely hyper. Pretty. And danced well. Called Mei. She might be there. But no. She was watching a movie at Orchard. Ling wanted to wait until Kelly appeared. But decided not to wait after a crappy band called 'The Observatory' came on stage. Can't connect with the music.
Back to Ling's Home
Took 123 back. Bathed. Watched Li Jiawei win the Doubles' Gold. Slept until 11 pm. Took 961 home.

Mummy is hosting ME tonight. The group was still around when I went back. They were talking about the crime rate in New York going down. One of those effective measures was clearing out graffitti. The rationale was if people could get away with graffitti, they will want to try more things. Had some chui kueh from Tiong Bahru & Otak from Farrer Court. Mei called. She is taking the 174 night bus home.
