Last night
Ate the Cheese Maki in the car. Tasted good. Maybe it's because I like cheese in the first place. Went 63B to look at what L had moved in. Drove there using Boon Lay Way & Commonwealth Ave. It's one straight road connecting Jurong Point to 63B. There was a dining table. I saw that they've moved the bed from the Master Bedroom to L's room. L's desk is in as well. The smallest room contained L's small fridge, chairs, mats and a few piles of books. Ling & I emptied the fridge of Friday night's drinks and we turned off the fridge. Left the fridge door open so that the melted ice can dry. Drove home. Watched 'Deuce Bigalow - European Bigalow'. Slept early before 12 midnight.
Today
Woke up early. Had Instant Mee Goreng for breakfast. Drank a cup of Oolong Tea. Recorded tonight's last episode of 夜光神杯 for Mei. The DVD Recorder better be reliable tonight.
0748 - Waiting for bus @ Bus Stop
Dr Khong's light brown dog didn't bark @ me when I left the house. His wife took the other dog out for a walk. The dogs are much quieter when alone.
0804 - Bus 970 @ Holland Rd
Ling messaged to ask me where her orange watch is.
0916 - 11th floor toilet
Called Contractor Tan. The renovation work will start on Thursday. Returned the wine opener to the 12th floor pantry. Going server room later for H2H testing.
1130 - Level 12 East Wing
Managed to get the H2H script to run. Origianlly, the script failed with code 8 because one of the xxxx guys didn't create a directory on their server. Suggested playing pool to A, V, K & M. But all couldn't make it except M. So I suggested pool tomorrow instead. app10g unable to ping other nodes except itself. It's facing the same problem that the 2 ThinkCentre SSO PoC PCs used to face last week. But this time, there's no non-SMP mode to boot to. So we may need to re-install the OS. Arranged w Yvonne to teach her new staff how to maintain eJSR tomorrow @ 2pm.

Checked email. D has replaced me as ITCM Service Champ and J has replace HH as Service Champ. Tang Seng has a Seagate 100 GB disk that looks exactly like mine. He bought it from South Asia Computing a few weeks ago for $160! Shit man. I bought it for $279 from Challenger.

There was this interesting corporate training advertisement on the way to Hong Lim. Saw a big dustbin with dummy's legs sticking out. The dummies wore corporate attire. Beside this big dustbin is a man dressed in rubbish clearing gear giving out pamphlets. Bought MVR for lunch from Hong Lim. Finally got app10g to recognise my Seagate 100 GB Drive. Went on a wild goose chase of downloading fuse 2.6 + ntfs-3g and trying to get it to work on Kernal 2.4. Only to realise that it works with 2.6 and above. Downloaded Fuse 2.5 + ntfsprogs. 'ntfsmount' comes w ntfsprogs. It worked like a charm. Ran the command to copy the lig 10G files to Tang Seng's Seagate 100 GB disk.

Ling called. She was quite bored in office. Stopped by @ Walter's desk on the way. He showed me how to configure sftp, ip, port for the batch job. For the sftp to work, the client must be from Tectia. I think I'll attempt the deployment tomorrow. S came by. D asked SP to add users to xxxM's Staff Competency System so that xxxS AD ppl can use it. But in doing so, we'll have duplicate sets of IDs and passwords for staff. L suggested she look for H to see if they are similar functions in iHR. M sent email to inform us that PY has given birth on 3 Nov. For those who want to contribute Red Packet, they should pass to M by 24 Nov 6 pm. Downloaded 'Blue Ocean Strategy' and 'The World is Flat' from SJ's PC. They are popular e-Books.

My mind goes back to those real good enjoyable experiences that I had. The wedding night was one of the best. The BBQ @ Maplewoods in January 2002 is among the classic. FoC 1999 was another highlight.
