Turns out that Idris put the E-Connect forms wrongly coz we changed printers recently. So the printer is still good.

Some guy called Sebastian called to ask me if I have received a writ of summons. ???. I think they got the wrong person already. He even asked me to call some lady called Bobo at another number. Strange phone calls.

29 Apr 2006 is actually 2nd day of the 4th month in the lunar calendar. Just asked Ling to ask her Mum if the date is okay.

Just came out of the discussion with Yeow Khoon. He’s a consultant engaged by HR to receive feedback from us on what we think of the new IT Re-organisation. I think he is one of the few consultants engaged by GEL that is worth his salt. And this is a great compliment coz I seldom praise people. He got me and Brent to open up what we feel by sharing his own views with us. I’m glad that we share the same views on a wide range of topics, even sensitive topics.

It’s still drizzling. Looks like it’s a slow bus ride home.

Finally got the batteries for the watch Ling gave me in 1998. They cost $12. The adjusting knob has rusted. So the watch maker had to use a pair of pliers to tame it.

Have been in bed for 2 hours. Still can’t get to sleep. I’ll just play the Link game then.

Played with my left hand and still managed to get to level 15. Time to sleep.
